Zaman Eid is a business attorney that handles a wide range of corporate matters, including election campaign finance compliance, land use, zoning and corporate governance.

A graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, Zaman was a certified legal intern at the law school’s Securities Arbitration Clinic where he represented small investors in FINRA Arbitration on claims of unsuitability, breach of contract and fiduciary duty, misrepresentation and unauthorized trading.

While pursuing his law degree, Zaman served; two consecutive terms as Treasurer of the Student Bar Association, a Pitt Law Ambassador, a Marshall Brennan Constitutional Literacy Fellow, and as a Leadership Ambassador for the Pitt Law Innovation Institute.

Zaman was a Pitt Law Negotiation competition finalist and went on to represent his school in both the ABA National Negotiation Competition and the National Basketball Negotiation Competition.

As an intern for the University of Pittsburgh’s Innovation Institute, Zaman counseled the development of university innovations by navigating FDA regulations for pharmaceuticals and medical devices.

Before law school, Zaman worked as a notary public and licensed mortgage solicitor and was personally responsible for hundreds of residential real estate closings.
